HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ADRENALINE PASS? . . .

You will receive it by email immediatly after your purchase.

WHEN I RECEIVE IT DO I STILL NEED TO BOOK MY ACTIVITIES? . . .

Yes. You will receive a voucher number valid for each activity you have purchased which you will be able to use on checkout when placing scheduled reservations.

WHERE DO I MAKE BOOKINGS FOR MY ACTIVITIES? . . .

For bungee jumping you would book on www.bungee.ca. For rafting you would book on www.owlrafting.com. For Interzip you would book on www.interzip.ca. For Camp Fortune you would book on www.campfortune.com.

CAN ALL THESE ACTIVITIES BE DONE IN THE SAME DAY? . . .

For package #3, the Adrenaline Rafting and Bungee package the rafting is a full day experience and the bungee will need to be booked on a separate day. For packages #1 and 2 it is possible on certain days to align all activities in a single day however attention must be paid to each companies activity arrival times and allow 20 minutes driving between each location.

CAN I BREAK THE ACTVITIES UP INTO DIFFERENT DAYS? . . .

Yes. If you have already completed certain activities, the voucher number will still be valid to use for booking on a different day.

WILL THE PASS EXPRIRE? . . .

No. Your Adrenaline Pass will not expire and does not have to be redeemed in the same season you purchased it. Rates may increase over time however, leaving the possibility that a price difference balance could be due in future seasons in the event of rate increases.

CAN I PURCHASE THE PASS FOR SOMEONE ELSE AS A GIFT? . . .

Yes. They make an excellent gift certificate for someone and their name can be added on the payment page.

IS THE PASS REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE? . . .

The Passes are refundable within 24 hours of the purchase time. The passes are transferable if the original purchaser contacts customer service with a request to change the recipient.

DOES THE PASS GUARANTEE THAT I CAN BUNDLE ALL THE ACTIVITIES ON THE DAYS AND TIMES THAT WORK FOR ME? . . .

No. The pass guarantees you a discount on the activities by purchasing them as a bundle, but you are still subject to the normal schedules and availabilities of the respective operators. If certain booking dates or order of activities are important to you it is advisable to check individual operator availability before purchasing the pass.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY PURCHASE? . . .

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY BOOKINGS? . . .

You need to contact the individual operators for each activity. For example if you are having issues redeeming your voucher code on Owl Rafting's booking portal you would contact Owl Rafting. If you were having issues on Interzip's booking portal you would contact Interzip. All participating operators are well aware of Adrenaline Pass and it's functionality on their booking portals.

WHO OWNS ADRENALINE PASS? . . .

Adrenaline Pass is a creation of and managed by Great Canadian Bungee.

Yes, more packages will be added in the future.
